Salt Beyoğlu

Salt Beyoğlu is one of the main venues of SALT, a not-for-profit cultural institution in Turkey that engages in research and public programs in the fields of visual arts, architecture, design, and social history.Located on Istanbul’s İstiklal Street in a 19th-century apartment building, Salt Beyoğlu was renovated in 2011. The project preserves the historic character of the stone structure while introducing new architectural elements to support exhibitions, screenings, talks, and public events.
